Welcome to CheaperSend. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. CheaperSend is a comparison service operated by ROGA AI LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Our Service
CheaperSend provides information and comparisons of international money transfer services. We are not a financial institution, money transfer provider, or bank. We do not handle your money. When you click a link to a provider, you leave our site and enter into an agreement directly with that provider.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep our comparison data including exchange rates and fees accurate and up-to-date, these rates change rapidly. The final rate is always the one shown by the provider at the moment of your transfer. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data 100% of the time.
4. Pro Club Membership
CheaperSend Pro Club membership grants access to exclusive deals and enhanced alert features. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Lifetime memberships are valid for the lifetime of the product.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROGA AI LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.
